The Analytical Services Division of M/s Pai &Pai chemicals (I) Pvt. Ltd. was established in the year 1992 to take care of the analytical needs of the effluent treatment unit. The laboratory has all the required equipment’s and is managed by skilled and experienced technical staffs. From 1995 onwards it started extending its services to the esteemed clients of their effluent treatment division. As the effluent services division grew, the need to improve analytical services division to enhance customer satisfaction became the need of the day Hence the management went for ISO 14001:1996 for the effluent treatment and analytical services division in the year 2003. And as a commitment to the continual improvement the management decided to go for Quality management system for its analytical services division in the year 2006-2007 for ISO 9001:2000. As a commitment to the continual improvement, the company is certified for ISO 14001:2015 version and analytical service division is certified for ISO 9001:2015 versions. Now the lab is implementing a system as per ISO/IEC 17025:2005 for its laboratory.
